We provide professional business support, including coaching, consulting, grant and funding guidance, business planning, credit services, logo and design services, and landing page creation.

Note: We provide guidance and support; we do not guarantee funding, approvals, or specific results. Outcomes depend on client effort, eligibility, and third-party decisions.

• Payment is required in full or according to an agreed payment plan before services begin.
   
• Fees are non-refundable once work has started.
   
• Additional fees may apply for extra services or third-party costs.
   

Clients agree to provide accurate information, respond promptly, and actively participate in services. Clients are responsible for their own actions and decisions based on our guidance.

We keep all client information confidential and will not share it without your consent, except as required by law.

Work created by Chelleys Enterprises LLC remains our property until full payment is received. Upon payment, usage rights are transferred to the client as agreed.

We are not responsible for indirect or consequential damages. Services are advisory; results are not guaranteed.

Clients may request service cancellation in writing. We reserve the right to terminate services if clients fail to comply with terms or provide false information.

These terms are governed by the laws of Ohio. Disputes will be resolved in the courts of Ohio.
